Return & Exchange Policies

The customerís satisfaction is important to us. If they are not completely satisfied with their purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price.

When customers are returning an item for a refund or an exchange, please make sure that:

1. They return the merchandise within 30 days of the billing date,
2. They place the items in its original package, including all tags as well as a copy of the    invoice,
3. They fill out the Return Form enclosed with their package,
4. If they return the merchandise by courier or regular mail, packages must be properly insured and shipped freight-prepaid. They may also return or exchange their purchase in person at any Omarís Clothing Store in Canada.

For hygienic reasons, Omarís Clothing Store cannot accept returns on panties without the protective tag, as well as damaged or stained merchandise.
